Yay for modern console gaming: Borrowed XboxOne and Forza 5. Insert disk and start playing... no, wait... has to "install" first. Fine. Wait a few minutes and now it says ready to play. Woot! Start up the game and start playing... no, wait... needs and update. Oookaaay... click install update. Update is 14GiB (!!!!)... I have decent cable internet, but that's still going to take over an hour (assuming TWC or the server don't slow down to a crawl).

Lesson learned: Don't invest in modern console gaming. If I'm going to have to wait hours to download just to be able to play offline, I might as well spend LESS on a Steambox and have access to far more games.
